Late Arrivals

We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. Thus, out of respect for our clientele, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored only at salon discretion.

Cancellations

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving advanced notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. As such, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Late or same day cancellations may be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment (not to exceed $50) to be applied to your next visit.

No-Show, No-Calls

Any appointment that a client fails to call to adjust or cancel will be considered a “no-show.” We understand that circumstances arise that may prohibit a client to do so, and as such this policy does not apply until a client has failed to give notice for three appointments. Following the third missed appointment the client will respectfully be asked to use a credit card in order to reserve their next appointment. At this point, any future “no-shows” will be charged in full for the service missed. We will always inform a client before charging any amount to his or her card.

Specialty Services

Any service that requires more than 3 hours or is valued over $250.00 will require a credit card to book. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment for one of these services, 50% of your service total will be charged to your card. If you fail to give any cancellation notice or “no-show” this appointment, you will be charged in full. We will always inform a client before charging any amount to his or her card.

Service satisfaction

In the event you are not happy with a service you received and would like a technical adjustment or to see another stylist, we would be happy to accommodate you. We work together as a team to ensure your satisfaction. It is imperative that you notify the salon within 1 week of your original service in order to have a technical adjustment at no charge.

Returned Checks

Any returned check will result in a $25.00 service charge plus the face amount of the check to be paid before any other services can be rendered.

Children

As a courtesy to other salon guests, for insurance purposes, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, we ask that it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while at the salon.

Etiquette

Out of consideration for other clients trying to relax and enjoy their service, please silence your cell phone and keep phone calls to a minimum.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on our menu or estimated over the phone are “starting at”. They may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and time required performing your services. Stylists are given the authority to use their discretion for pricing.

Returns

Any professional retail product that you purchase at Fusion Hair Design is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned or exchanged within 7 days.

Payments

We require that payments for all services and products be paid at the time/date of visit. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Personal checks.
